The Uncharted Studio is a space born out of my need for a change. From a shift away from the hustle of everyday corporate life and the business that makes days fly by.
I spent years believing success meant staying busy, meeting deadlines, and filling every spare moment. The result: my creativity kept getting postponed to a day or time that never came. The Uncharted Studio began the day I stopped waiting for that day to come, and decided the time to honour my creativity is now.
I left the well-worn tracks of hustle culture behind to build a life with creativity, writing and intentional living at its core. And I decided to share the journey, all of it. The manuscripts that got finished and the deadlines that were set but never met. The routines that held and the months that fell apart. The seasons where life rearranged everything, and creativity had to learn to bend without breaking.
Somewhere along the way, this stopped being just my story. Other creatives who recognised their own struggle in mine joined me; people who love the work and still can't always sit down to it, who carry books inside them and full lives around them. The Uncharted Studio became what I'd needed all along: proof that a creative life doesn't require perfect conditions, and a community that supports you while you're building the life you love.
That's still the heart of it. I'm here charting my own uncharted territory, one book at a time, and holding space for everyone walking their own path.

I’ve spent over 15 years crafting words and worlds across different mediums, from photography and writing fiction to strategy and concept development in the advertising world. For me, creativity is a way of understanding the world, creating connections and having an impact.
I deeply believe stories have the power to inspire, comfort, and transform.
My bookshelf is a mix of dragons, wisdom, and stories that evoke every emotion from laughter to tears. Beyond my writing, I channel my creativity into arts and crafts and am on a quest to master the fine line between a thriving houseplant and an unintentional botanical graveyard. Other than that, I’m a vegan who loves cooking, a padel enthusiast, and a devoted dog mama, bringing a sprinkle of humour and a mountain of passion to everything I do.

I celebrate that sense of wonder and adventure that is deep within each of us. “Uncharted” encapsulates the mindset of venturing beyond our comfort zones. Creativity thrives when we remain open to the infinite possibilities, so I believe in celebrating the courage it takes to pursue this deeper exploration.

We value gentle, steady progress. Growth can be subtle, internal and reflective. It can feel grounded and solid. Lasting change often comes from within, cultivated through patience. Creative expression is a pathway to growth and to understanding ourselves and the world we live in.
